We collect only what we need to deliver your order, answer your enquiry, or send the newsletter you asked for.
What we collect
Name, email, phone and delivery address when you order; the details you type into our forms; your email if you subscribe. Payments are handled by Razorpay — we never see or store your card or UPI details.
How we use it
To fulfil and support your order, to reply to you, and — only if you subscribed — to send a monthly email. We never sell your data.
Who else sees it
Our courier partner (to deliver), Razorpay (to take payment) and our hosting provider. Nobody else.
