We want every copy to reach you in perfect condition.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong book
Tell us within 7 days of delivery at hello@oakspinepress.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost, or refund you in full if you prefer.
Changed your mind
Unused books in their original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer; we refund the book price once it reaches us.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days of approval.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund.
